Data doubles nearly every 3 years as illustrated by the figure on the right, from the Statista 2023 report. Healthcare is growing fastest and holds around 36% of this global total amount of data, next to 30% in manufacturing, 26% in finance and 25% in media and entertainment.
Hospitals are therefore constantly expanding their data centers to deal with this exponential growth of data. What if we could understand all the information that is embedded in this massive amount of data, to further understand the working of the human being, about all possible diseases and cures?
